The Klamath County Maintenance Department invites written sealed bids, from Licensed Contractors, to engage in the Klamath County Courthouse Office Remodel Project remodel first floor clerk’s office area at the Klamath County Court House, 316 Main Street, Klamath Falls, OR. 97601.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held by Glen Gregory, at the Klamath County Court House, 316 Main Street, Klamath Falls, OR. 97601 at 10 am, on May 18, 2021.
Written sealed bids in envelopes marked “Klamath County Courthouse Office Remodel” shall be delivered or mailed to Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager, 305 Main Street, Suite 216, Klamath Falls, OR. 97601. Only bids from licensed contractors will be accepted. No bid shall be considered if received later than 2:00 p.m. May 25, 2021. The bids shall be opened at the Klamath County Government Center at 305 Main Street in Room 216 after 2:00 p.m. on May 25, 2021.
This project is subject to Oregon’s prevailing wage rates. All Bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit (Bank), or Bid Bond, payable to the Klamath County in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid.
Klamath County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all bids upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so. Klamath County reserves the right to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the County. All bids are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures.
