To our valued customers, as you know the Government Center (305 Main Street) is closed to the public, however the Code Enforcement Department is fully functional and can receive all correspondence via regular mail, email, or fax. You can submit complaint forms using our online tool (click below) or download and email or fax complaint forms.
During this time, you can schedule one on one appointments by calling our office. If we do not answer the phone when you call, please leave a message so we can return your call.
Please check the County’s homepage calendar, or call our office for information on changes to department policies, procedures, or closures during this time.

The mission of code enforcement in Klamath County is to protect the health and safety of the county’s residents and visitors and to insure the livability of the community by encouraging compliance with the county’s land use, environmental and construction codes.

Please note that an initial investigation of a complaint and subsequent investigation activity may take several weeks. We will address each complaint in the order it is received; we appreciate your commitment to keeping our community clean!
